We often talk about getting physically healthy or spritually fit. But what does emotionally healthy spirituality look like? And why does that even matter?

Too often we find ourselves in a rut spiritually. We feel distant from God and those closest in our lives. We are disconnected from a sense of vibrancy or purpose and there seems to be no alignment of the secular and sacred threads in our lives.

We are stuck.

And we don't know how to move forward.

I've been there friends, many times. What I have discovered is that it takes time, space and a deep desire to engage new ways of thinking and new practices of engaging spirituality to re-orient my life and continue down healthy, flourishing, meaningful pathways.  Things like practicing sabbath, true sabbath, creating healthy boundaries with work and play, being real with the broken places of my life and acknowldging places of grief and loss in my life in order to be in-tune with what is going on inside of me.

I have taken the EHS course before and I use the tools in my own life. They have been soul-filling and life sustaining and they require me re-visiting my inner life on a daily, regular basis. I cannot recommend taking this course enough. It will change you.

So why don't you join me?

8 weeks from April 23- June 11th, 2017. $10 for the workbook. Sunday mornings from 9-10:15 am. Coffee is hot, muffins are ready.
